Why do people drink soy milk?

There has been a lot of discussion about the fact that soy products may contribute to certain cancers, particularly breast cancer. However, this outdated belief has now been disproved by science and it is now considered that moderate amounts of soy may have the opposite effect and reduce the risk of breast cancer. Of course, as with anything, there can be too much of a good thing and consuming large amounts of soy might not be as healthy and none of these claims can be substantiated by ourselves and should not be construed as medical advice.
Different types of soy milk
Soy milk comes in one of two different forms. Regular soy milk is what you will typically find on your supermarket shelves and out of all the dairy alternatives, this is the best when it comes to frothing as it gives the best texture.
That said, it still won’t give the same texture as whole cow’s milk, but coffee experts have developed a barista blend soy milk that froths in very much the same way as dairy. It has a much more consistent workability allowing you to create the tiny bubbles needed for the perfect foamed milk.
